About the role
As CAIRL grows, we need someone to moderate user-generated content, manage community interactions, and ensure our platform maintains high standards of quality and safety.
You'll review flagged content, respond to user inquiries, and help shape our community guidelines. This role is critical for maintaining trust in a platform that handles sensitive identity documents.
Responsibilities
- Review and moderate flagged content and user reports
- Respond to user support inquiries via email and chat
- Help maintain and update community guidelines and FAQ
- Escalate security or compliance concerns to the appropriate team
- Track moderation metrics and identify trends
Requirements
- Experience with content moderation or community management
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive content with discretion
- Availability for at least 15 hours per week
- US-based (W-9 and 1099 compliance required)
Nice to have
- Experience with identity verification or privacy platforms
- Familiarity with trust and safety best practices
