Social Media & Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role
CAIRL is launching and needs to build awareness among privacy-conscious consumers and B2B partners. We're looking for a Social Media & Growth Marketing Specialist to own our social presence and drive organic growth.
You'll create content, manage our social channels, and experiment with growth tactics — all while maintaining our brand voice as a serious infrastructure company, not a consumer app.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and relevant communities
- Develop content calendars aligned with product launches and industry events
- Monitor social engagement and respond to community questions
- Track growth metrics and attribution across channels
- Collaborate with engineering on product announcements and developer content
Requirements
- 2+ years of social media management or growth marketing experience
- Strong writing skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience with social scheduling tools and analytics
- Understanding of B2B SaaS or developer-focused marketing
Nice to have
- Experience marketing privacy, security, or identity products
- Familiarity with developer community engagement
- Experience with content marketing and SEO
- Portfolio of B2B social media work
