Step 1: Prepare Your Materials

Have the following ready:

• A valid government-issued ID
• A device with camera access
• Stable lighting and neutral background

Step 2: Capture Document Images

Capture front/back document images when prompted. Ensure text is legible and edges are fully visible.

Step 3: Capture Selfie and Liveness

Follow on-screen instructions for selfie and liveness prompts. Keep your face centered and avoid occlusions.

Step 4: Review and Submit

Confirm extracted data before final submission.

Step 5: Track Status

Verification status may be processing, review, approved, or rejected. If rejected, follow remediation steps shown in the app.
