This page covers the rules for using CAIRL brand assets in your integration, documentation, and marketing materials.

Where to get assets
Official CAIRL brand assets are distributed through two channels:
- CAIRL Dashboard — Trust badges and integration logos (for active integrations)
- Press Kit — Logos and approved screenshots (for press and media)
Do not download CAIRL assets from unofficial sources or recreate them.
Permitted uses
All third parties
- Reference CAIRL by name in text following trademark rules
- Link to cairl.app
- Describe CAIRL services factually
Integration partners (additional)
- Display the trust badge following placement rules
- Use the CAIRL logo in integration documentation
- Reference CAIRL product names using the namespace format (e.g., CAIRL/oauth)
Press and media (additional)
- Use the CAIRL logo in editorial contexts
- Publish approved screenshots for editorial coverage
Prohibited uses
The following uses are not permitted for any third party:
- Modifying, recoloring, or distorting CAIRL assets
- Recreating the trust badge or logo from scratch
- Claiming ownership of CAIRL assets
- Using CAIRL assets to imply endorsement beyond the actual relationship
- Registering CAIRL-related domain names or social media handles
- Using CAIRL assets after an integration is suspended or terminated
- Using assets on merchandise, at events, or in co-marketing without prior approval
Approval required
The following uses require explicit written approval from CAIRL before proceeding:
- Merchandise featuring CAIRL assets
- Co-marketing materials
- Event signage or booth materials
- Use in regulated industry contexts (healthcare, financial services)

Enforcement
CAIRL monitors third-party asset usage. Unauthorized use may result in a correction notice. Severe violations (recreating official assets, making false endorsement claims) may result in removal of integration access.

All CAIRL brand assets are the intellectual property of reAPPlicate Incorporated. No use of these assets transfers ownership, license, or intellectual property rights.
